Our first day in Paris!!

Today was our first full day in Paris! :) First we went up Montparnasse. It's an ugly building in an ugly part of town, but has a nice view. Then we walked around Notre Dame. It was really pretty! Then we had lunch. And then came my favorite part of the day! We walked down rue St-Louis-en-I'lle on St Louis Island. OH MY GOODNESS!!! It was amazing! All the cute little boutiques, and shops. First we went into a toy store for Conrad. Then we went into this cute little shop with a bunch of really pretty journals and jewelry. Then we went to Pylones, a really fun store. They had stuff like Cheese graters in the shape of a woman wearing a Victorian dress, and the skirt of the dress was the cheese grater. Next we went to an amazing Tea Room called La Charlotte de I'lsle.  It was the best tea I have ever had! Then we made our way back to the Metro and went back to our hotel room. I think it was one successful afternoon!
