Today was AMAZING! In the morning we just hung around the apartment. Then we took the Metro to L'Opera. We walked around some and went to this amazing little Tea Room called Laduree. And when I say amazing, I mean AMAZING!
We took the metro home, and took naps and relaxed until about 5:30. Then we Took the Metro to The Eiffel Tower. Yes we did, we went up the Eiffel Tower! It was amazing. We saw it light up, and I think that going up the Eiffel Tower at night is much more impressive than during the day. You can see all of the city at night when everything is lit. We walked all around the top and the middle level. Then we came down and took a taxi back to our apartment.
Altogether I think that it was a very successful day! Although what I am most looking forward to is going inside the Louvre!
